About Us

A 29 acre Loch set in the spectacular scenery of the Perthshire Hills.

It is easy to imagine being in the Highlands of Scotland at this picturesque fishery and yet amazingly, you are less than one hours drive from Edinburgh & Glasgow! The A9 trunk road is only 5 minutes drive away.

 

 

 

“SOLITUDE & SCENIC BEAUTY”

 

Brown & Rainbow Trout fly fishing from the bank or boat. Professional tuition is available on request. Other facilities include tackle & equipment hire, a fishing lodge, toilets and car parking next to the lochside.

The Loch is stocked weekly with the best quality fish from 1.5 lbs. Catch & release is permitted once the limit (see pricing information below) has been reached.

Session -  Eve 5pm – Dusk

 

1 Angler - £18 – 5 fish & C/R (catch & release)

2 Anglers - £38 – 10 fish & C/R

3 Anglers - £48 – 15 fish & C/R

 

BANK

Any 4 hours - £14 three fish &C/R

"The Staff wish all customers past and present a Happy New Year and we look forward to seeing you all in the coming Season.   Last season was our first full season since taking over and we hope you found everything to your satisfaction, if not please tell us,  if you are feel free to tell others.   During November and December the loch has attracted quite a few dedicated Pike Anglers and several Pike into double figures have been caught and returned. "

Terms & Conditions

Catch & Release is not permitted when fishing with the BOOBY NYMPH. Anglers may only use recognised fly fishing tackle at the lochside. All other items must be left at the car park. Wading is not permitted at the loch or the use of Fly Spoons.

The management reserve the right to search and examine any angler’s catch or equipment. Session times, prices and rules are subject to change without notice. Anyone found discarding nylon or litter will be banned from the water.
